Now a 20 year veteran of the Video Game Industry, the time is right to take his skills and experiences into an exciting new venture at Precursor Games. A graduate from Sheridan College’s Illustration (Technical) program in 1992, he studied various traditional mediums of Art, such as: Architectural & Technical Illustration; Airbrush; Painting/Drawing; Photography; Life Drawing; Graphic Design; Technical Animation; Marker Rendering.
Before moving into Video Game development, Kevin worked in the Architectural Rendering field where the (now dying) art of creating perspective drawings from Blueprints & Hand painting full board Illustrations was in full swing. Kevin worked on critically acclaimed, award winning titles such as Dark Legions, Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem, Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, and Too Human.
Kevin is committed to the craft of making games, and believes in a positive, dynamic workplace that aims to sustain high quality projects collaboratively assembled with a team of equally dedicated and respectful co-workers. As ‘Art Chameleon’ at Precursor Games, Kevin will impart his experience and expertise into many aspects of art creation and the visual package…from system and process development, to the polishing of assets.
Kevin is very active with his family of two teenage children and his best friend…his wife. When not trying to stay on top of the latest graphics trends, Kevin keeps active with many activities such as: Ice and Ball Hockey; Skiing; Kayaking; Mountain Biking and lounging by the pool. Kevin also teaches at the Niagara College Game Development program as an Instructor for Digital Graphics Techniques.
